Number Porting

1. How do I order new numbers?

                Email us at support@r1tel.com or call us at 423-591-6500 and speak to someone in customer service.

2. How long does it take to get new numbers?

           On average it takes 5-7 business days once the request has been received by us. Vanity requests may take longer.

3. What time will my numbers port?

             Typically ports are completed at noon EST.

4. How long after the port is complete can I start using the number?

             In most cases it is instantaneous, however please allow approximately 20 minutes for the numbers to complete. We will be working with you

             and monitoring the porting.
