Call Quality Issues

What do I do if I experience call quality issues?

                 

            Contact us immediately to report the issue.

            Note: please let us know if the issue seems to be with choppy or 1 way audio.

            **Choppy or 1-way audio where you cannot hear the party that you are speaking to is usually packet loss on the your ISPs side. You may need to contact them and us so that we can figure out what is taking place.


            **Choppy or 1-way audio where your party cannot hear you is usually packet loss on the your network side, or slow uplink speed to the  ISP.  Again, please contact us on this.



What do I do if I experience delayed audio?

            Call us immediately to report the issue.

          Delayed audio is typically due to latency or jitter in your network or your ISP is having issues in their network.
